Le Relais de l'Entrecôte is a real Parisian bistrot: sophisticated, elegant and well-run.
In 1959, Paul Gineste de Saurs pioneered the menu at a brasserie named "Le Relais
de Venise-Son Entrecôte" at Porte Maillot in Paris, with the original franchise
arriving in Kuwait in 2015.
The menu was first created by Paul Gineste de Saurs at a brasserie called Le Relais de
Venise - Son Entrecôte, located near Porte Maillot in Paris. His daughter, Marie-Paule, carried
on her father's legacy of passion for exceptional cuisine and commitment to quality by
founding Le Relais de l'Entrecôte.
Known for its prix fixe menu, which includes walnut salad, tender sirloin steak served with its famous
sauce, golden thin-cut French fries, and delicious desserts, The Relais de l'Entrecôte has been a
symbol of success for decades.
