In 1959, Paul Gineste de Saurs pioneered the menu at a brasserie named "Le Relais
de Venise-Son Entrecôte" at Porte Maillot in Paris, with the original franchise
arriving in Kuwait in 2015.
The menu was first created by Paul Gineste de Saurs at a brasserie called Le Relais de
Venise - Son Entrecôte, located near Porte Maillot in Paris. His daughter, Marie-Paule, carried
on her father's legacy of passion for exceptional cuisine and commitment to quality by
founding Le Relais de l'Entrecôte.
